• Monday 7pm - 8pm (Mixed ability)  VENUE
• Wednesday 5:45pm - 6:45pm (Mixed Ability) VENUE
• Wednesday  7pm - 8pm (Mixed Ability) VENUE
• Friday 12pm - 1pm (Mixed Ability) VENUE
• Friday 1:15pm - 2:15pm (Mixed Ability) VENUE

• Small classes to ensure more individual supervision
• Maximum 9-10 people per class

• All equipment provided
• Mats, head blocks, sitting blocks, bands, balls, magic circle and weights

• £16 per class
• £86 for a block of 6 classes*
• £72 per month for 1 month of classes and weekly video
• £70 for 60 minutes 1:1 Pilates 
• £60 for Pilates Assessment (includes first class)

* Don't have to be used in consecutive weeks. Expires after 10 weeks.
